How to keep your immune system strong and vibrant?  The biggest factor is STRESS! 

This video makes you understand how stress impacts your body and immune system.
Bruce Lipton (cell biologist, bestseller author of “Biology of Beliefs’ was among the first to publish about  ‘epigenetics’) explains what happens when people perceive stress: the body goes into protection mode.

Stress hormones are released causing fight or flight (energy goes to arms and legs).
No energy is left for the immune system causing it to weaken.

The relevance: to keep your immune system healthy you need to be able to release stress immediately.
