How it works

 

Before and during your session

• You send me your wishes or goals about the internal thoughts or feelings you want to silence or habits you want to change. 
• We have a free 15 minutes call before your session
• Your online session takes place. It lasts 1 hour.
• I invite you to actively participate in the mustle testing. 
• The first results you already feel during the session: you feel relief, freedom, courage to act. 

After your session

• The next hours, days or weeks you will observe more results. Your thinking, feeling, behavior and communication will change.
• You will receive my notes from your session.
• After one or more weeks you send me your feedback per email; you can also ask questions.
• Normally 1 session per issue is enough to experience the changes you want.
• Sometimes you will feel the need for a follow up. Often that is related to changing habits related to the new beliefs. 
• A next session can be dedicated to explore and solve other issues.

Your investment is 133 euro incl. VAT. 

Currently there is a 30% COVID19 reduction: you only pay 95 euro.

This includes preparation, the 15 minutes preparation call, the session, my notes and follow up by email.
