The Present Moment Technique

The purpose of me creating this website is my passion for actively changing your beliefs. I don’t pretend to have the answer for everybody. Infact I wonder if it’s possible for any one way to be right for everyone.
Here is the ‘Present Moment Method‘ that’s been put forth to me recently, that may be the answer for you. I’ll let you decide…
In a nutshell the ‘Present Moment Method’ says we make it harder on ourselves by trying to analyse & figure out the origins of our limiting beliefs.
The only thing that matters is how you are feeling in the present moment. Basically all you need to do is to feel good. Feel good in the present moment. Look for things to appreciate and feel good about.
That’s it. I don’t want to comment on this technique as my judgement may colour what you think. This ‘Present Moment Technique’ may strike a chord with you, and if so I’m glad.
