Toxic Relationships - Are You In One?

Are you in a toxic relationship? I define toxic as remaining in a partnership where you are not happy.  Perhaps you know exactly what is wrong.  Or perhaps you can’t put your finger on what it is.

Is one partner growing at the expense of the other?  Is one in a different place than the other?  Are you resistant to being alone?  Perhaps you think it’s better to be with anybody, rather than nobody.

Perhaps you are scared to be who you are?   Are you pretending to be someone you know you are not (just to keep your partner happy)?

Scary as it may sound I encourage you to be true to yourself.  Be proud of who you are - whether you are in a relationship or not.
